I'm facing the following problem:
When I display a 100 kHZ square wave signal on my 6074BD scope, software 2.2.5, then it does not have a flat top and bottom, but it looks like an overcompensated probe.No probe was used, though, but the signal generator was connected via BNC cable with 50 Ohm feed-through terminator at the scope.
Coupling is DC. All four channels are affected.
The same signal looks OK on my 2D72.
I also tried two different signal generators.
