Is there a way to use my hantek 1008c with my samsung tablet?
Is there software available for this? I will also need an adapter to connect but that is no problem

The scope can only work on Windows operation system. Please refer to manual about supported operation system.

Well, in fact, there is a non-official alternative on Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/ap ... .martinloren.hscope

It claims to be compatible with 6022BE, 6074BE. 1008C and others. It's a paid app though.
