HelloI have purchased a Hantek365D multimeter logger powered by internal battery. It also does not say how to recharge the battery.  

The instruction manual does not say how to download the measurements from the 365D after plugging it into the computer.
I can see live data from the logger but I need to run it while not connected to a computer, then plug it in to download the data later.

Are you able to help me with this?

Please connect the device with PC via USB cable to recharge the battery.

User can record and save data when the device connect with PC. Then open the saved file to see date.
