hi , i recently contacted support about a warranty claim for my scope.
I was told by support it was a hardware issue and was covered by warranty.
I was told to send the item to the seller , who would forward the item to Hantek.
The warranty card i recieved with the scope clearly stated that Hantek would afford the cost of shipping back to me.
Support then told me that the web page is wrong and i would have to pay for return shippng cost?
I then went to the web page in the morning (02/04/2019) and it clearly stated that return cost was covered by Hantek.Later the same day the web page seemed to have been edited.The words "and afford the shipping charge for sending back" were deleted?
Can you please clarify.
