Sorry to jump in but, I notice in the picture of your board that UB907 is marked SBTB, U19 is probably the same but that IC is clearly busted and it's not possible to see the marking. Anyway, according to TI's datasheet those are LM3671 in a 5 pin SOT-23 package, so the ones you find on Digikey or Mouser are correct.
