Hi Amy, I have no problem replacing the components.  I need you to verify the model number for the chips because I can't source them. I can, however, source LM3671MFX-ADJ/NOPB,SOT-5 which seems to be the correct part number.  On the board in your picture U19 and U907 are both 5-pin chips, and on physical board, the two devices are also 5-pin.  Whereas SOFT23-6 is a 6-pin package.  According to TI's datasheet, they do make a SOT-6 but Mouser Electronics and Digikey don't carry it.

Mouser Part #926-LM3671MFXADJNOPB
Digikey Part #296-37575-1-ND

Thank you, Don

Hi Don,

Sorry to jump in but, I notice in the picture of your board that UB907 is marked SBTB, U19 is probably the same but that IC is clearly busted and it's not possible to see the marking. Anyway, according to TI's datasheet those are LM3671 in a 5 pin SOT-23 package, so the ones you find on Digikey or Mouser are correct.

Hi OASJ2YSeeEhBQo1,
Thank you for jumping in. It looks like you came to the same conclusions as I did, I just wanted support to double check.  I really can't believe I'm going to have to fix a brand new piece of equipment.  Does everyone have problems with this company?  They don't respond to emails, PM's or anything, the phone number they give doesn't work for me.  I honestly can't figure out how they stay in business, personally, I'll avoid their equipment and recommend the same to others.  I wish I had a schematic of the circuits in that area before I repair the board just to double check things.  Anyway, thanks again and take care.

Sorry  to reply you so late. We spent the Qingming holidays.
On your board, the two compunents(U19 and U907) model is LM3671MF(X)-ADJ,SOT23-6.
You can try to replace them.
