Of course the scope can measure AC signals. I agree that the lack o AC coupling is a ridiculous limitation in some of the Hantek's oscilloscopes but AC coupling and ability to read AC signals are not the same thing. Still, people get confused with it all the time. I would recommend this technical note from Keysight about this subject: https://blogs.keysight.com/blogs ... _ac_coupl-X0K7.html

If your scope don't have the in built AC coupling option and you do need to remove the DC offset of a signal in order to analyze it, simple put a capacitor (something around 100nF/400V polyester film capacitor should works in most cases) in series with your probe.
