Hi, I have recently purchased this scope DSO4254C and am unable to connect to PC via USB, I have downloaded latest software and drivers but still cannot connect .

Please can you help.

Please download latest software from the website: http://www.hantek.com/en/ProductDetail_3_12167.html

Then install "IOLibSuite_17_1_19313.exe" and "DSO4000BC_Setup.exe" program successfully. You will connect the scope with PC via USB cable succefully.
