I have recently  purchased thru Amazon a new digital oscilloscope type DSO 4202C..
The scope works perfectly except one issue as following::

I did not succeed to connect the scope to my PC computer Windows 10.
I have connected the USB cable from the rear of the scope to my computer. Also installed the software from the small CD obtained in the package..

But nothing happened except the information " Please connect oscilloscope first ! ".

I already did this plenty of times ... and no connetion executed !!!

Please guide me how to solve the problem.

Dear Sir,

Please download the latest driver from the website: http://www.hantek.com/en/ProductDetail_3_4163.html

Then click right mouse "My Computer->Device Manager" to update the driver.
