6074BD - offset errors

I just got hantek 1008C, but can't download the software and the disc is empty. What should I do

now i have the software,but whenever i connected the hantek 1008C device ,it keep displaying"SEARCHING DEVICE" and the device was never found.
i initially thought it was the windows ,then later try it with window 10 and lastly with window 8,the outcome was always the same.
please kindly help provide solution to this .
