Thank you for the message, could you please send info in regards to flashing through the programmer directly. It is my only choice since the F1/Power combination does not work. Also the PC does not recognize the device. Thank You!

Thank you very much! I followed your instructions precisely but unfortunately I cannot connect to the device. I used USB to TTL module with no luck.

I got all the connection right, but it cannot connect to device to flash it.
