USB-to-Serial adapter should be 3.3V.
If you use usb-c cable to connect the scope to computer, you don't need to connect VCC connector of USB-to-Serial adapter.

Please scan the QR code on the back of the oscilloscope to download the software and install.
Now run the software and click "Help->Checkupdate" to update as prompted.

Please remove the batteries and only use the power adapter for power supply. Can the oscilloscope be turned on?

hi, I was able to reset the oscilloscope by reading the procedure that is in the forum, but I want to clarify that it only worked for me when I connected the vcc (3.3v) pin to the board, without that pin connected the software did not detect the oscilloscope.

Sorry to bother you but, there is something strange.

Understood. Fw dfu file is 513K as it was overwritten with the "Upload Action" I made.
So, it is not the right dfu file that should instead be around 220KB.

Sorry to bother you but, there is something strange.
Done what you suggested through usb-to-serial cable worked but, after that, I wanted to repeat the update to the latest firmware.
Tried through DfuSeDemo, and got the same problem as before, so it hangs in "Erasing Phase".

I then unbrick newly the scope through the procedure. It worked again ok, but why I cannot upgrade to the latest firmware ?
I tried the DfuSe upgrade with older versions of the fw and with those images all went ok. Only the last fw version won't upload.
Is there a specific reason why ?

I noticed the last fw is 513KB, while the older ones are not more than the half. Could be that with my previous wrong action I have "broken" something within the flash memory ? Is there something I can do to solve this issue ?

Thank you in advance.
