DSO5102P will not upgrade firmware - please assist

Dear hantek support,

I contact you because I have exactly the same issue as "OrcaSea" on my brand new DSO510P that I want to upgrade with the latest firmware.
When trying to upgrade the firmware with a FAT32 USB less than 500Mo I have the error message :
"Firmware update failed, error 0xfe
No upgrade files detected on USB device!"

The newfirmware file I want to push is named : dso5kp_func_dso5102p20190125.up

My version of DSO5102P is the following:
SW version 3.40.0(180120.0)
HW version 1010xfff8108

PS : I've also tried to save some "waveform" on the USB key but it seems to not work too... (I've tried multiple USB keys with same results).

could you please assist me to solve this issue?

ok I've found the solution here (for the next who have the same issue) :

Need to format a new USB key (the first one did'nt worked I don't know why).

With the new key the first attempt failled with a message like "illegal firmaware version... " (I didn't note the complete message).
After the second try the update worked fine....

strange that it is so difficult to upgrade the firmware on a product like this...
