Hantek 2d42 compatibility/ drivers for windows xp

Good day,
Pls confirm ( or advice planned updates) if 2D42 osciloscope is compatibile with windows xp as your another products Unfo i can not install driver on xp (win 7 works correctly) and run your software All simple methods like changing usb ports etc already tested without success

I see during installation that files and drivers are only for 64 bit system Is it correct? Where may i find 32 bit software for ein xp? Are you planning any updates in reasonable time? All your advices are very appreciated

I tried also on another 32 bits ewndows pc - result is the same- system can not install driver Looks like manufacturer prepared soft only for 64 bits but unfo forgot to inform clients Would be appreciated some quick release for 32 bits systems
