Hantek 2C42 Normal triggered waveforms cant be zoomed/scrolled

I have done a video below to explain the problem I have better.  If I capture a waveform using auto trigger mode, I can zoom in and scroll through the full length of the captured waveform, Auto mode works correctly.  However if I use Normal mode to capture a waveform it doesnt work correctly, I cannot zoom or move the captured waveform.

What?  How stupid is that.  What's the point of even having normal mode if you cant inspect the captured waveform once it has captured.  The whole idea of the normal trigger is to capture something that does not happen regularly so you cant use auto mode as it will be lost before you press the stop button.
Im pretty sure this worked correctly before I updated the firmware.
