dso5102p has died on the second turn on

buying an oscilloscope at aliexpress is a problem. Once it was turned on and it was all ok .. the second time it was not already turned on. the keys are lit and there is no picture on the screen

I have the same issue and your solution doesn't work. I'm waiting for a reply from your support team as I had provided the serial output to them, it's been 3 days now!!!. Here's what the serial output is:

This is a shame! My oscilloscope is barely 7 months old and I've hardly used it. Can you please tell us how to fix the issues?

UPDATE: I've returned the oscilloscope to Amazon and they will be issuing a refund.
