Hi Sir,
I have the same situation as the following. the GUI alwasy shows "searching device".
my laptop is win10 64bit. could you please provide your comment on how to fix this issue?
the light near CH1 blicnk red light several times while connecting the USB cable and turn off later. I did not see the gree light.
