Hello! Help please solve the problem — the trigger does not work on the DSO5102P. I do the following: I connect the probe to the oscilloscope generator and press the AUTOSET button — the relay clicks inside the device a few times but the picture does not stabilize on the screen. The trigger arrow icon appears on the screen and its level is the waveform can be adjusted with the “TRIGGER LEVEL” knob. The “SET TO 50%” and “TRIG MENU” buttons work. But the most stable game is “A”!The oscilloscope can be returned to normal mode if you run the "Self calibration" mode many times. After disconnecting from the network, the trigger stops working again (the letter "A" is on top) and you have to restart the Self calibration mode many times.
Once during the self-calibration (Self Self-Calibration), an error 0x20003 appeared
