I've been using my 6022bl without any problems for a few months now. Today, however, I ran into an issue
with the software.

All of the buttons on the toolbar have dissappeared. i.e. the autoset, math functions and all other buttons are gone.
I've tried to repair the install, a fresh installl from disc and a fresh install with the latest software version on your site to no avail.
I even uninstalled and manually removed any leftover files and references on my pc before trying a new install again, no menu.

I've included a screenshot. As you can see the toolbar is expanded but the control buttons are missing.

Any ideas on what I can do to get the software repaired?

Sir, please connect the scope to your computer and open the device manager of your computer.
Check whether there is an unknown device. And please upload a screenshot of the device manager.

I managed to sort it out.

I had to uninstall the software and remove the associated Registry entries. Once reinstalled
the software is back to working order. I believe the Registry entries were corrupted.

If this happens to anyone else:

  1. Uninstall the software
  2. Open the Registry Editor
  3. Go into - Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\
  4. Delete folders named - Haers General Scope App 6022  (be careful, do not delete any other folders in the registry you could brick your pc)
  5. Reinstall Software.
