Dear amy

Could you please update the files in the download section of the device.
It seems that in my country the automatic update doesn't work.

Thank you in advance.

Hi, I updated the website download attachment.

Dear amy

Worked very well, i thank you again.

It looks like the crashes are gone now, that's great.
What is still there is a permanent Y offset on both channels after automatic calibration.
It looks like it's the same percentage with each Y scale, the graph looks the same with each Y scale but the measured values are changeing.
Therefore i guess it's caused by an ADC offset, in my case about +12% on CH1 and -12% on CH2 if i do the calibration with connected power inlet or about +20% on CH1 and ok on CH2 without power inlet.

I beg you to find a way to adjust that either manually or automatically, it's really anoying to have such a difference at the core values of a device that even rises if you enlarge the Y scaling of a hold measurement.

Best regards

amy

Because you don't seem to be interested in finding a solution for such a basic problem which can't be that complex any more regarding what you have already fixed related to that i'll just inform you that in another week i'll post a negative review in my shop.
That's simply inacceptible!
