i bought my hantek 2c42 just this week, and after finaly figuring out how to update the firmware, i decided right away to do so. pretty much the moment i pressed the upgrade button the software froze and subsequently crashed, and my oscilloscope is now a paperweight that can no longer be turned on or even be put into programming mode. is there anything i can do to fix this myself or do i just have to send it back and get a new one?
