Update the firmware of Hantek2D72/2D42/2C72/2C42

I just tried updating the firmware of my 2D72. The device went into DFU mode and the upgrade was successful, but before I could exit DFU mode I experienced a power outage and now the device is stuck in DFU mode. My computer doesn't recognize the scope. In device manager it now shows as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)". When I connect to the computer the power button briefly flashes red, but the start button is lit solid green. Is there a key sequence on the scope I can press to exit DFU mode, or some other procedure to to follow?

Removing and re-inserting the batteries was the solution.
