汉泰2D72，这个快捷键是干什么用的呢？如何调用已经保存的波形呢？为什么一按快捷键就是恢复出厂设置呢？还有那个开机画面无论是打开或关闭都一样.测量电容在1 UF以下还不错，超过这个容量要么测不出来，要么胡乱给一个数字.按照要求应该能测量到100 UF.另外2D42与2D72区别在哪里？从外表看不出来，从软件菜单也看不出来，我的机器编号是：CN 19380072016142

我购的汉泰2D72，我怎么去识别它是不是真的2D72，而不是2D42呢？

我没有信号发生器，如果有的话，我加一个70 MB正弦波就知道了其它还有什么方法能知道我这块表到底是不是汉泰2D72的呢？

机子背后代码：CN19380072016142
我只能看到这些，没有任何信息表示这块表是汉泰2D72型.
说这么多，我就是想知道我这块表是不是汉泰2D72型。万用表中的电容档是不是都不能用，还是只有我这一台。我的这台电容档在1UF以下还行，超过了要么测不到，要么胡乱给个很离奇的数字。

经过几天的琢磨使用2D72，我个人感觉是这样的，总体还可以，必定只是个几百块钱的东西（还没有一块好万用表贵）。它是以示波器为主，信号发生器和万用表作为附带综合在一起的，我一直在用汉泰产品，之前使用的是汉泰DSO1202B产品，感觉不错，就是个头有点大，拿着不方便，关键是没有信号源，所以再用汉泰2D72上手就特别快。首先谈一谈示波器，总体上手还是很容易，由于功能多，所以使用了很多综合键，出现一键多用，让人有点手慌脚乱，时不时记不住，会错按。它只能出现四组最常规的数值，电压最大值、最小值、频率、时长（时间）。有这几组可以推算出其它数值，如峰峰值就是最大值+最小值，如平均值就是（最大值+最小值）/2，作为维修有这些参数也足够用的了。本信号有2V输出，超过半导体通断门电压。信号发生器一般作为测试三极管和场管通断，向基极或控极提供振荡信号，或向设备提供信号也足够了，一般使用有效信号都在10K以内，高的基本上用不到，更何况它能提供70MB呢，这个功能很好，否则我不会购这块表。万用表功能有点不尽人意，我拿它与胜利86E作比较，电阻、电压、电流都不错，数字都非常接近，就是速度比胜利86E慢不少。它的垃圾点是电容档，测试的慢还非常不准，一点可靠性都没有。我从P法级到N法再到U法对很多电容进行测试，得出结果是这样的，1U法以下的电容很准确，1U法--10U法少了30%左右，11U法到100U法，就彻底崩溃，胡乱给一个数字。100U法以上就不工作了，连胡乱数字也不给了。不过说明书上也标定最大就是能测到100U法。这是个不靠谱的电容表，也许我的汉泰2D72是一个个例，也许是我中奖了。本人江苏泗洪，本表从闲鱼上购得590块钱包邮到家的，从内心来说感觉很是不错。对得起这个钱。

[tr]艾米同志！类似汉泰DSO和2000系列产品，严重依托软件才能工作的手持示波器，每解决一个问题或软件上的改进，都应该写一个说明，详细讲述新版本改进、增补或弥补那些不足。也好让我们具体使用者有一个选择，比如你们所提供的改进版本软件，我们根本就遇不到，那就可以选择不升级了，必定每次升级很麻繁还胆战心惊。艾米同志！你说呢？

我的这部手持示波器，电容档基本没有用，当然是不能用。示波器查看1M以内的方波还算正常，超过了就严重失真。汉泰售后的各位同志能不能帮我看一下，一是我的表是从闲鱼上购的，假不假。二是我的示波器是不是有什么毛病。感谢了！

Hey. Does a developer not want to add features of adult oscilloscopes to the firmware? By voltage: Vpp, Vmax, Vmin, Vamp, Vtop, Vbase, Vavg, Mean, Crms, Vrms, ROVShoot, FOVShoot, RPREShoot, FPREShoot;
Time and frequency: Rise time, Fall time, Freq, Period, + Wid, -Wid, + Dut, -Dut, Bwid, Phase.
It would be great if some of these functions appear in the oscilloscope.
He will be out of competition.

Don't hold your breath. This issue has been raised many times already and Hantek shows no interest in improve the firmware.

That's is hard to understand since even the much cheaper DIY DSO138 oscilloscope can do more automatic measurements and can show them in a better way on the screen.
Those FNIRSI scopes from bangood or aliexpress are crappy but they also have many measurements options and can display it on the screen in a very intuitive way.

Another irritating problem is the lack of option to close the menu after you change any configuration, you have to wait an eternity for it to close.

If the manufacturer does not want to upgrade the device and fix bugs in the software, can you get the firmware in its original form? I think then the craftsmen would write a normal firmware. Which would fix and add a lot. I think there is no secret in the firmware so that the manufacturer does not give the source code.

Can we get software to change it and upgrade?

To be fair, Hantek has fixed most of the bugs and the FW is very stable now and, if you find any problem, just report it that eventually they will fix it.

What they are not doing is implementing new features. They don't want to expend more time=resources=money in a mature product to add new features (and probably new bugs as well).

I'm also disappointed, the device could be way more useful with a few tweaks, but I can understand the business mentality.

If you think that it's easy and you can write a better firmware, go for it, what is holding you?
