Hi,
after I did upgrade my DSO4072C up to latest FW, oscilloscope become very slow to respond on   settings changes.
Especially on encoders, I have to rotate knobs slowly, othewise it's missed  steps or change settings in wrong direction.
Here the question, How I can roll-back firmware to PREVIOUS version?
Now oscilloscope generates an error message, saying FW is an older version than it has already installed.
But what if I want to restore older version ?

On the 9 November I get a response, asking to provide a video, that demonstrates a performance degradation.
So I did, send a video.

  3. Please press "Utility->system information" and give me a picture to study.
  4. The encoders slow response, means that the encoder is broken.

Again, I send a picture. No updates since then.
