Best thing you can do with these scopes is put them in the bin. Been trying for two days to download the updated drivers for the 6022be pc scope and I keep getting the same drivers that came on the disc. I've ended up smashing up my scope and putting it in the rubbish. People are paying hantek just to get frustrated. Waste of money people, steer clear.

None of the above drivers work. Hantek are taking the piss.

Expensive pair of probes and nothing to use them on. Hantek need to think about the crap they rip people of with. Wake up people. I want a product that's gonna work if I paid for it.

Driver issues for the 6022be. Two or three days of trying to get updated drivers for Windows 10. Apparently the drivers that come with the scope are not signed drivers. Why should people have to search for the drivers when the drivers should come on a disk signed and ready to go. You may as well put a blank disk in with the scope. Utterly useless and time wasting effort.

Something else I've noticed on this forum is that quite a lot of people are having problems with hantek products. What is the matter with this company, it seems they can't get nothing right. Problem after problem it seems to me. Hantek should get it right or get out. I think it's time to spend my money on something decent and something that's gonna work straight out of the box.
