I'm from France. I bought a HANTEK DSO5102P a few years ago. For some time now, power up has become erratic. The screen freezes black and some buttons remain lit. The problem seems to be related to a high ambient temperature, if the oscilloscope stays off for a few hours everything goes well when restarting.
Is this a known problem? Is it possible to repair it myself (it is no longer under warranty)?
I suspected the power supply. I noted the following voltages on the main connector
1 - 5.01
2 - 0
3 - 3.3
4 - 3.3
5 - 0
6 - 0
7 - 8.72
8 - 0
9 - 6.57
10 - 0
11 - 15.14
12 - 0
