Hello, I recently purchased Hantek6074BC and still I couldn't connect with PC. When I install device drivers, on my Device Manager it shows as "Cypress FX2LP No EEPROM Device" (picture #1). When I informed this to my supplier he sent me an email which he has got from Hantek and according to that I tried to flash EEPROM. But as I get an error as shown in below picture #2. And also there is an LED indicator at front which never saw it illuminates when plug into PC (Picture #3). Could anyone please help me on this regards. My device serial number is 641003970. Thank you.

Hi are you from Sri lanka ....??? i Hope your Hantek product is ok but mine got lots of problems..???
