I wanted to know if the 1008C that has 8 inputs, if the inputs were galvanically isolated from each other. I need to monitor the voltage of several batteries in series, so if the grounds for each probe are electrically common this will cause a short circuit.

Sir, yes, it has 8 inputs, but these inputs are not isolated. All the grounds of each input are common.
