shift + (power button  >> click restart) >>  [ Troubleshooting  >> Advanced Options >>  Starting Settings >> Restart ],
[Press seven (7)] on dialog window after reboot , this will be disabled "driver signature" for  "Null"  driver...
Install  your driver,  otherwise create new "inf" or use "pnp installer".

[] = External Menu, not inside on running winos !
This work on 8.1 , maybe work win10

Thanks.. i have downloaded the driver from the link and the same error repeats.
After following the below steps it works now.
1. Disconnect USB cable
2. Remove any previously installed drivers from device manager
3. Push the P/H button on back panel of USB scope
4. Connect the usb cable to PC. The unknown device gets listed in the device manager
5. Now follow the procedure to update the driver

Sir, please use this driver to try.

Hello Sir
I downloaded these drivers, but they unsigned one.
I didn't installed the one because the older unsigned drivers was causing my Windows 10 PC to crash.
Can you please suggest what should I do?

Hi!

I'm writing to report that after 2 days, I was finally able to run Hantek 6022BL in my Windows 10 Computer!!!

I did the following steps:

1) Disconnected the USB cable from Hantek device.
2) Downloaded the drivers from Amy's post Hantek6022BL_Driver.zip (the drivers that I'd already had didn't work)
2) Rebooted Windows in the "unsigned drivers mode" (*)
3) Opened Device Manager
4) Clicked in the menu Show / Show Hidden Devices
5) Searched for Hantek devices and uninstalled then all
6) Asserted that the device's button P/H was in the pressed state
7) Connected the USB cable
8) In device manager, I updated the drivers with the ones I had just downloaded. Note that Hantek 1 refused to update, but when I updated Hantek 2 (or something like it), both were updated.
9) I opened the software and voilĂ !!!  It was working.   :-D :-D

Awesome! Finally!

Thank you all!

(*) To boot in unsigned drivers mode, I followed the steps described by imnsonia:
shift + (power button  >> click restart) >>  [ Troubleshooting  >> Advanced Options >>  Starting Settings >> Restart ],
[Press seven (7)] on dialog window after reboot , this will be disabled "driver signature" for  "Null"  driver...

However, thy are better illustrated in Method 1 from the page: https://www.maketecheasier.com/i ... -drivers-windows10/
