Title: Hantek6022BL - noise near 0 mV
Hello!

I'm tring to use Hantek6022BL to measure small values (0.01 mV), but even if probe not connected or connected to ground i can't see 0 mV on screen.
I see noise from -8mV to 3 mV.
Than i press "Menu-Utility-Calibrate" i see dialog box "Calibration", but after "Ok" nothing happens and nothing changes.
How can i fix it?

Rustem

Sir, Hantek6022 can't measure 0.01mV, it is not so high accuracy.

Hello!

I'm tring to use Hantek6022BL ...
Soft "Hantek 6022BE 1.0.6", probes PP80  x10 , 2 chanell connected to ground...
Measuring 1 div. 20mV.
Noise reaches 12 mV on both channels.
Noise without a clear frequency ...

Do you think this is normal?

The question is can this noise reduce it?

Hello!

I'm tring to use Hantek6022BL ...

Sir, In fact, the precision of this low cost oscilloscope is really not high.
When you connect your probe to ground, did you connect the grounding clamp of the probe to ground?
The feeler of the probe is exposed to the air, the probe will receive some noise.
Please ensure that the ground is connected correctly.

Hi Amy,

Do you say that the device needs grounding?

Hi Amy,

Do you say that the device needs grounding?

Sir, the grounding clamp of the probe needs to be grounded.

Hi Amy,

I tried the PP80 probes to connect ground wire to the ground.
The image with these noises remains the same.
Even when you disconnect the PP80 probes from the device, this noise does not change. This is not the environmental noise.

Hi Amy,

Dantek 6022BL, soft .v 1.0.6, drivers ODM, OS Win'7'32.

Hantek 60022BE Ver.1.0.6 soft has a lot of errors, are you planning to fix it in the following versions ?:

1.1. File / Save Data / CH1 / 7 formats. 7 OK.
1.2. File / Save Data / CH2 / 7 formats. 7 OK.
1.3. File / Save Data / ALL / 5 formats. 5 OK.
2 formats lost. Why Where does * .rtf

2.1. Utility / Calibrate. Not working Nothing happens, no message ... Why ?
2.2. Utility / Step Line Sin. Not active. Why ?
2.1. Control Panel / Vertical Volt / DIV x1 / x10x100x1000x10000 and Horizontal cursor voltage measures incorrectly:
DSO Input range 5V. DSO generator 2V. Probe 1: 1. ...
- Volt / DIV 1V, x1, Cursor 2V OK, RMS 134mV Why ?
- Volt / DIV 2V, x1, Cursor 1V Why?, RMS 134 mV Why ?
- Volt / DIV 5V, x1, Cursor 397mV Why?, RMS 134mW Why ?
3. What is the meaning of the x1 ... x10000 divisor when it shows that the 1-window is 10kV, even if it's a generator of 2V?

When can I get software fixes because now it's not a device but an expensive toy?

Hi Amy,

Dantek 6022BL, soft .v 1.0.6, drivers ODM, OS Win'7'32.

1. The .rfc file is used to be the reference waveform. The ref waveform only loads one channel waveform at a time. So It can't save two channels waveform in .rfc file.
2. The self calibration process is very fast.  No error hints indicate the success of calibration.
3. The interpolation is only available when the timebase is less than or equal to 2us.
4. Please upload some pictures to study.
5. This is just a conversion tool. When you use a 10 attenuation probe to measure your signal, you can select x10. The others are the same.

Hi Even My 6074BE Oscilloscope has many H/W S/W Errors..

My Channels show 314mV When probes are not connected..

Also Scanner gets stuck when ZOOMING I am FED UP Because Nobody takes responsibility to fix it.. Specially Amy is Running Away..
it Gets Stuck when ZOOMING

Hi Even My 6074BE Oscilloscope has many H/W S/W Errors..

My Channels show 314mV When probes are not ...

Hantek 6254BD

Did the self-calibration routine several times - no change.

open input, setting at 20mV shows 17.6mVolt background noise
open input, setting at 500mV shows 31.4mVolt background noise
open input, setting at 5V shows 314mVolt background noise

Same signals if the input is short with a modified BNC connector.

Connected the scope with the probe to the probe compensation connector,
(probe was set to 1:10) shows the noise in the squarewave too.

So, the 314 seems to be a magic number ;-)
