Sir, when you connect the scope to your computer, is there a unknown device in the device manager?

drivers for the oscilloscope are not installed.
The system is defined as "Cypress FX2LP No EEPROM Device". Probably need EEPROM firmware. I would really appreciate it if you send it to me.

Hi
I bought a hantek 6074be a couple of months ago. I installed software on my own workshop sheet. It worked well ... But I'm in trouble now. The software will no longer start until the hantek is connected to usb. If I disconnect the hantek from the usb, the software will start. If I connect the usb after starting the software, it will not connect. Think this is a firmware problem ?!
It appears to have violated the eeprom connected to the microcontroller (24LC64). It no longer recognizes USB. can anyone help me

Please help !

Hello. I have a problem connecting a Hantek 6074BC oscilloscope. The computer does not recognize the device. Gives an error "code 43". VID/PID not defined correctly. Please send me an EEPROM dump (24LC64). My e-mail: proaviaotor@gmail.com
