Hello again, I captured some pictures in 3 different computers, windows 7 64, Windows 7 32, win10 64, as you error is common in the 3 pc will see. The driver is properly installed, you can see the green light on the TTSCOPE.
Computers are tested and working properly.
The software does not work

Please click "UTILITY->Firmware Update->Confirm" to update.
You don't need make a copy. Because updating the firmware to an earlier version is restricted.
