in the device manager the hantek6022bl is shown as  unknown device  not as hantekxxxx as described in your document

Sir, please right click the unknown device to update the driver manually.

the pc doesnt recognizes the device, and it cant find the driver from the cd in computer management in device manager > other devices > shows only "Unknown device" and if still i try to update the driver it says "Windows could not find driver software for your device" i've also downloaded the driver from the hantek webpage and shows the same legend  "Windows could not find driver software for your device"

What can i do?

I just got the 6022BL and wasted 5 hours today trying to make the driver work without success. I'm also on Windows 10 64, latest version and latest patches. I found out that the driver is not certified and Windows will not install non certified drivers anymore. There supposed to be a workaround in the advanced boot options, but I still run into endless problems. This will make the device unusable
Could you please provide a solution to your customers wit more recent operating systems as Win 7? The solution you provided in the PDF above does not apply to Windows 10.

Thanks Amy, I followed that procedure but Windows is not accepting the driver anymore because it is not verified. I'm running Windows 10 Version 1703 (OS Build 15063.296) and the video does not show the driver install with that version.
If many users write you about the same issue then there is certainly an issue...
How many days do you expect we should wait to get the new driver?

Unfortunately I still find issues with this driver if I try to install it with the standard Secure Boot option enabled in the UEFI frimware settings. It only installs with that disabled and that isn't really an option.
The following PDF document describes the steps I have taken and has several screenshots that might be helpful to solve the issue.

First, please right click your computer and open the proterty, upload a screenshot.

And, right click a .sys file in the driver folder and open the proterty. Select digital signatures and upload a screenshot as the following picture.

The 64 bit drivers can be found here

Download the aspen_drivers.zip file, scan to make sure it is not a virus, extract the files and run the dpinst_amd64.exe file to install the correct 64 bit drivers. I dunno why Hantek makes this so hard to find, but this solved my problem on windows 7 pro x64

Hello there!

I have the same situation I think, I tried to install the driver for my DSO-2090 oscilloscope with no a success, it says:

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

Could you please help me?

It is for windows 10/64

Here is what I did to make it work:
1. Run in windows 10. 11 will not work. re-install windows 10.
1. In case you already tried in windows 10, Uninstall all Hantek drivers from "Device Manager". Show hidden drivers also.
2. Search "Hantek" in C drive/ Windows/. Delete all driver files from all folders. System re-uses them. You may need additional permissions. Ask google.
3. Reconnect hantek
4. Install latest file given in this forum: .
5. Do not run the shortcut on desktop. its wrong. Run "StartDlg" inside the installation folder.
-it should run.
If still not running, install aspen drivers: https://www.lectrosonics.com/dow ... iver-installer.html
It may help, I dont know
