Hi,
My DSO4254C (CN1950002004155) buyed in the 2020 after FW upgrade crashes casually during normal operation.
please help me,

Please provide the system information of the machine. If you have an earlier version, you can download the firmware from the official website to upgrade the machine.

Attach instruments informations, before and after FW update:

Originally my DSO4254C runs with FW 1.1.2(191026.0) and the 13 november 2022 it was update to 1.1.2(20211207) with new FW "dso4kb_20211207.upk"downloaded in your  official Hantek's website. I remember the Oscilloscope screen updating bar fast filled but never shown any "FINISHED/COMPLETED" messages, after 20 minutes  I restarted  the instrument.. This is for every try to update.
After this last update works but  it randomly freeze image and stop working until shutdown and restart.
