This model is not even on hantek site anymore. I have a defective 4062B and want to try to update it. Maybe it will help.
Also, how do i start firmware restore options when starting device? I tried power-cycling it several times when backlight is just on but it does not bring up the menu.

But you should have a firmware file for it and insturctions on how to start firmware restore.
