My DSO2d15 reports it has Error Code 50021. Please advise what this error code references and how to fix it.

May I ask if it was a mistake during calibration? May I ask when calibration should be preheated for at least 30 minutes, when calibration, the machine can not connect any signal line. If possible, please provide relevant videos for our better reference.
