Getting a "recall failed" message when I try to recal a waveform from USB generated by Wave Editor. Do you have a fix planned for this?

Dear Sir，
Does it show failure every time you call it? Or does calling other waveforms also fail?

I created 3 different waveforms using WaveEditor. They all fail.
