Customer Consultation:

Error data sometimes read 50% but work send, in 2 program not work, when i draw my type signal(dds arb).

DDS_ARB.exe  <--- old program and have error
Scope  .exe version  1.0.0.1 <--- have error work and sometimes not work.

Please Update program .EXE and update hantek  with battery Procent 1-100% today have [ [] [] [] }  only 3 ,  30% 60% 100% Battery

Windows 10 ( compatibile 7 8 xp mode = same result )

Please download software and manual of the serial productfrom the website: http://hantek.com/products/detail/159
Then install DDS_ARB program in ARBTool folder. You can see "DDS_ARB" icon on desktop.

The interface are individual between DDS-ARB and DSO8202E screen. And user can only download data from DDS-ARB to DSO8202E unit. you can output the edit waveform to CH1/CH2 to check it via BNC to BNC cable.

My wave generate and download to Hantek > change to osciloscop
and i see my wave from PC.

1. Which model osciloscop newest serie 2022?
2. Which version DDS and Osciloscop (exe) newest
3.Add mod for battery ? (% life 0-100%)
4.how upgrade to WIFI version?

User need require to add WIFI function when purchase it. If your device without WIFI function now, it can not upgrade.
