Title: DSO2D15 awg not complying with spec
Here is your published spec

Amplitude                                                                        Output  range                                                                        10mV~7Vp-p  (high impedance)
                                        5mV~3.5Vp-p (50Ω)
DC offset                                                                        Range                                                                        ±3.5  V, high impedance
                                        ±1.75 V, 50 Ω
Resolution                                                                        100  μV or 3 bits, take the greater one
                                        Accuracy                                                                        2% (1  kHz)

This tells me that I should be able to generate a 0 to 5V square wave by setting 5Vpp with 2.5V offset. Your software is preventing me from applying these settings.

How can I get my oscilloscope fixed so that it fully complies with your published spec?

Dear Sir,
The amplitude can be set to 7V when no offset is added. Adding the offset cancels out the magnitude.

The spec implies we can have both i.e. 7Vpp and ±3.5V offset at the same time. Please fix this so that other prospective customers are not misled.

Dear Sir,
OK, we'll take care of that, thanks for the reminder.
