Title: DSO5102P STARTUP PROBLEM
Hi,


My DSO5102P starts with the logo page, then a blank blue page for a few seconds and then a black screen. Nothing else comes up and it stays on the black screen indefinately.

Serial is T 1g/138 049938

Seems like a firmware issue?

My problem is not the same. I never get a menu and I tried all the buttons during power on. I only get a black screen...
How do you recover from that?
