Hi I bought the 6254 automotive can not find it on your web site or the soft were I have tried he 6000 series soft were but the driver wont load on windows 11

hi have tread this it wil load the softwere but not the driver comes up with code 38 i am using surface pro 8 windose 11 i have tried all difront ways to load it works ok on my old lap to windose 10
