Title: Hantek 2D72 Support
Customer consultation

Recently purchased this device from Amazon, and charged the device for 2 hours before attempting to use and the unit failed to turn on.  Checked the batteries to ensure they were fully seated and the device began working.  After using the device for about 2 hours, I plugged the device back in with a USB to get the device up to full charge.  After 2 hours the power button was still red and when I attempted to turn the device on, it would not power up.
I checked the batteries again and discovered that the device will power on and off correctly with one battery installed but if I install both batteries the device will not power on or off.

First make sure that the voltage of the battery is higher than 3.2V, and then insert the battery into the left and right battery compartments to test the voltage measured as shown in the figure. If there is no voltage on the left, it means that U14 is broken, otherwise U15 is broken. Chip model: HM5431A
