The oscilloscope has been updated and after reboot does not turn on, hangs on the startup screen saver. It does not respond to pressing the buttons, the recovery mode does not start, it hangs on the splash screen. The version of the file to update was dso5kb_func_dso5202b20190830.up, what should I do now how to restore the device? Please help with the restoration of the device.
