I installed OS100 foxwell pc Automotive oscilloscope,(6074be) at many machines pc wit W7-W10 version SO. ,but at all the same issue problem
After run ok many seconds, ang whe get started read automotive signals such as inyector pulse or HV secondary ignition tester (using HT25 probe), the device disconet by itself, and sofware show searching device
I dont know if it is driver/firmware or hardware problem
As seen, That was tested with both programs (os100/6074BE) , and the same issue

Have you used a red and black USB cable for connection or have you tried to connect with the USB cable?

Please re-download the software from the official website to install it. The software version should be 2.2.7. http://hantek.com.cn/products/detail/5222

the device runs ok , after downoload and install the new SW and driver.
