Tried to use my Hantek 6082BE (685001302) with a new Windows 7 laptop. Uploaded software, driver & SDK. Oscilloscope display freezes after every command. I have to unplug the black USB plug to unfreeze the display and view the oscilloscope screen. Screen appears to have correct display, but I do not wish to unplug the USB after every command. Please advise on how to fix.

Do you use the following probe to connect the machine and the computer. Please provide a video of the problem during the operation for our reference.Or have you tried to connect to another computer, and have you had the same problem.

Yes, I used the double USB (black for data, red for extra power) to connect to several laptops (Windows 7 is my main one that I have used successfully for several years). I also tried with a new Windows 10 and a older Windows XP laptop. The freeze occurs when the laptop is waiting for for a data reply from the Hantek. The oscilloscope display screen turns gray & no additional commands can be applied. A momentary unplug of black USB results in the oscilloscope display appearing correctly and the cursor commands active, but another command entry results in another gray screen.
I will prepare a video later.
