[size=14.6667px]I just bought a DSO2D10 scope. I tried to install the DSO2000 software and run the waveeditor but not successful. The error says “VISA32.dll” was not found. I reinstalled the software but still encounter the same problem. Please help. Thanks.

Did you ever solve this issue? I am Having the same issue and have checked it is from the official source but it still wont run

DSO2000 software installation problem is a common problem that many users have encountered while trying to install the software. The root cause of the problem is that the installation process does not always correctly identify the hardware components necessary to install the software.
I have now fixed the issue you need to first uninstall the programme and then you must make sure you manually delete the files as some are left on the system even after the uninstall process. Then reinstall and it should work.
