I purchased several 6022be oscilloscopes and have 2 questions.
1) for 10 seconds/division setting, the sampling rate is 100kHz. This only gives 1 division of display. Is there a way to reduce the sampling rate to 10kHz?
2) for DC voltages of a few volts, the result is correct, but for a 12VDC voltage, the scope shows about 10VDC. (I am using 10x probe.) I tried changing probes and oscilloscopes and the result is always the same. Please advise.

The sampling rate cannot be reduced to 10KHZ. For other detailed information, please check the manual on the official website, which contains detailed indicators. http://hantek.com/products/detail/31
