Hello,
We bought a Hantek DSO 4072C Scope in May 2019. It is a nice product.

We do not use it very often, however, today there was a loud noise, bright flash, and the product is now dead.

The product was bought from the "Hantek Official Store" on Ali Express, Ali Express Order Number 102343718565363. See below for order details.

Please advise how we can have this product repaired under warranty.
