I have a 6022bl and, after installing everuthing, i'm still having problems with the software. Whenever i set the horizontal time/div above 20ms a red light starts to blynk on the ocsilloscope and I can't properly measure anything since data lagas to show on screen. Is my device broke?

When the oscilloscope is connected to the computer, the LED light is on and flashes red. When the software is opened and the connection is successful (there is a "running"), the oscilloscope is communicating with the software, and the indicator light turns green and flashes. When the horizontal time is greater than 20ms, the sampling time will be relatively longer. The red light is displayed while waiting for sampling, which is normal.

I see it... unfortunately even the trigger is laggy and looses the packet sometimes with greater horizontal times... Author: amy Time: 2021-9-15 16:50
As the basetime becomes larger, the sampling time will increase and the waveform update speed will become slower.
