You could push the power button twice to restart the device. After that, set to default by push default setup button, and then you could upgrade the firmware:
1) If only your device firmware is 3000, using this: https://www.eediscuss.com/forum. ... &extra=page%3D2
2) If only your device firmware is 3200, using this:
